Confidentiality

When you come to a session it is important to know that I take confidentiality very seriously. This means no personal information will be shared. All notes will be kept locked away securely. However, there are some breaks to this which include: 

​If there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others

Any criminal activity

                                                                             Subpoenaed by a court of law 

If I needed to break confidentiality and report to a third party I would be honest with you and clear on my intentions beforehand. I also see a supervisor, which is for my benefit but also for the client, to maintain a safe and ethical workplace, in which all names are kept confidential. ​

Payment

I charge  £60 per session. 

I offer a 10% discount for a block booking of 6 sessions. 

I also offer a discounted rate of £45 for : 

NHS workers, 

Students , 

Unemployment. 

This can be made via bank transfer,  or a cash payment. 

I am offering my services on BUPA also. 

Private Medical Insurance Clients (Bupa)

Please note that Bupa applies an annual excess of £100, which is set and managed directly by Bupa as part of your insurance policy. This excess is payable by you, the client, rather than by Bupa, and is charged once per policy year, not per session.
The excess payment is made directly to me (your therapist) via bank transfer once Bupa confirms that the excess applies. I am not informed in advance when this will occur — Bupa typically notifies me at short notice after processing a claim. Once I receive notification, I will contact you to confirm the amount due and provide payment details.
To help avoid any unexpected charges, please ensure you are familiar with your Bupa policy terms, including any excess that may apply, before commencing sessions.

I also offer guided meditation which can be implemented into our sessions or booked separately for £25.00 .

Cancellations

48 hours notice is required for a cancellation, otherwise the session will need to be payed for. I understand some things can not be helped and we can discuss this if necessary.
